SHIPPING: When in stock, all US orders will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS priority mail or USPS first class mail. All international orders will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS first class mail. If ordering an in stock item and a preorder item, both items will be shipped together.
All priority mail packages are tracked to ensure delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any packages that are confirmed as delivered by USPS but subsequently stolen. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may arise on International packages, as import duties are levied by the receiving country.
RETURNS and REFUNDS: Items can be exchanged, or a store credit can be given as long as the item has not been washed or worn and is in the same original condition it was in when it was received. You must contact us about a return before sending the item and within 7 days of delivery confirmation. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
